Select your product from the website & decide on quantities, aromas  etc.

Decide on the logo & Information to appear on the label

Decide on the information to appear on the label. There is a one time setup charge of $50 to create template. After approval any label changes will be subject to the $50 design fee.

A logo, website and/or a telephone number is the usual request – but you decide what information you’d like to appear. 

Place your order & supply artwork

Place your order by sending an email of requested products to support@naturalglowrx.com.  We will contact you and answer any questions you may have. Once we have all the necessary details, we prepare your Invoice which will also act as your Purchase Order. Minimum opening order is $150 plus the logo design fee.

Artwork is required in .eps files or large .jpg format. You may submit finished artwork. The design logo fee would be reduced by 50%.

Invoice/Purchase order approval

Once you’ve checked over the Invoice/Purchase order we’ll get to work on the label visual.
A deposit is required of 50% with the order.( Balance of your custom order is required  prior to shipping). 

Approve label visual

Artwork proofs are supplied at no additional cost. You may want to resize fonts, darken images or add more text etc.. at this stage. Edits can be made up to the point of sign off which is when your order goes into production. Any changes, mistakes or expenses arising after sign off are the responsibility of the client, so please triple check punctuation, logos, colours etc, before sign off.

Production Times

US orders are ready to ship 7-10 business working days from artwork approval. Canadian orders ready to ship 15 business working days from artwork approval.
Rush jobs are available depending upon deadline and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Rush Jobs

We can sometimes speed up the process to meet that special deadline without additional “rush charges” for jumping the production line-up. The only extra expense is the cost of the air freight.
