We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 via USPS standard ground shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We only offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Standard Overnight within the continental United States. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note: Expedited shipping does not change the processing and turnaround time for your order.
When will my order ship?
Natural Jewels products are made-to-order, freshly handcrafted in small batches and labeled in-house. Therefore, our turnaround time to ship is 2-6 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order excluding weekends and holidays. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information that will be sent to the email used when the order was placed on our website. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder and add email@example.com to your contacts list.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is complete and ready to be shipped.You will then receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will include your tracking number. You can track your package via USPS.com site using the tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your parcel to show movement after the tracking number is issued from our system. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Wrong Shipping Address Entered
Made a shipping address error? Please contact us within 3 hours after your order has been placed for us to update your shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. Hence there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If it's too late for our team to change the shipping address, you can return your package to us once you've received it. Customers are responsible for returns shipping, and we highly recommend you insure and track your package.If your package does get returned to us due to an invalid address, you'll be notified immediately to arrange for reshipment at your shipping expense. The postal company does not reimburse us when a package is returned. Therefore we're unable to re-send any packages free of charge. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund your order minus initial shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. If the shipping address mistake was on our part, we take full responsibility and will resend your package out to you for free with the correct shipping address.
The post office said my package was lost
If the post office confirms your package as "lost," we will re-ship your order for free to the shipping address that you provided. We're not responsible for any packages delayed in transit or held up in customs.
Tracking states my package was delivered, but I never received it
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal courier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order's shipping address.
Summer Shipping (June-October)
During the summer months of June to September, orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately to avoid your items from melting. Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes. Natural Jewels assumes no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. Rest assured, however, our Shea butter can be whipped again if melting does occur or placed in a refrigerator. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the Shea butter.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our skincare products we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Every item received is handmade to order for you.We understand aroma are very personal to the individual. That's why we strongly suggest you always purchase our 2 oz. mini butters or the sample butter box. Prior to purchasing a larger size, especially if you are new to Natural Jewels or to be positive about the aroma you will fall in love with! Therefore, we do not give refunds or re-ship product unless an error on our part has occurred (i.e we sent the wrong item out).
