Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our skincare products we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Every item received is handmade to order for you.

We understand aroma are very personal to the individual. That's why we strongly suggest you always purchase our 2 oz. mini butters or the sample butter box. Prior to purchasing a larger size, especially if you are new to Natural Jewels or to be positive about the aroma you will fall in love with! Therefore, we do not give refunds or re-ship product unless an error on our part has occurred (i.e we sent the wrong item out). We appreciate you for understanding.
