Thank you for your interest in Natural Jewels wholesale program! We offer made to order bath, body and home products and we'd love to partner with you! We appreciate your interest in retailing our products and requesting a wholesale account. To begin, please read our Wholesale Terms and Conditions and before filling out a wholesale contact form or application.
Getting Started & How it Works:
1. Please read Natural Jewels Terms and Conditions first.
2. Complete our wholesale application below.
3. After your wholesale application has been approved, you'll receive a welcome email with information on placing an wholesale order. If your application has been denied you'll also be emailed with our decision. Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response from us.
4. Once approved, you will receive an account invite and unique code to place your opening wholesale order.
5. At checkout, you'll see if you've met the order minimum and once you have check out! You'll then receive an order confirmation email and we will begin to handcraft your order.
6. After you have placed your minimum order, our re-order requirement will automatically be applied to your account which allows you to re-order anytime.
Natural Jewels Wholesale Terms and Conditions:
Overview:
Approved wholesale customers will receive a discount of 40% off their order once the minimum order requirement has been met. The 40% discount is applied to MSRP price NOT SALE PRICE that may be reflected on website.
Minimum Opening Order:

Minimum Re-Orders:
$250+
Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP):
Products or goods purchased from Natural Jewels shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), or within $2.00 of MSRP. In the event the wholesale customer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the wholesale customer shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the wholesale customer must be requested in writing to Natural Jewels and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
Web Commerce:
No products or goods purchased from or produced by Natural Jewels shall be resold by or through any online auction or online marketplaces (such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of Natural Jewels. If the wholesale customer is planning to sell products produced by Natural Jewels in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed on the Wholesale Application to be approved by Natural Jewels.
Reselling to Wholesale Accounts:
Any wholesale customer who distributes Natural Jewels goods and products to any entity for re-sale will be subject to termination of this agreement.
Product Images:
Natural Jewels will make available hi-res product images might require for your print and online presence. You may use your own images.
Payment Method:
Payment is due upon placement of order. PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. Please note any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Time:
Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of the order date depending on the size of the order.
Shipping Cost:
Wholesale orders are shipped for a flat rate of $15 via USPS standard shipping.
- USPS standard shipping's transit time is 8 to 10 business days.
- USPS standard international shipping's transit time is 2 to 3 weeks depending on your country.
- Expedited shipping (i.e. Priority Mail, Overnight etc.) is available at checkout at the expense of the buyer.
Shipping Errors & Warranty:
Wholesale order errors must be brought to Natural Jewels Customer Service attention within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects or has a skin reaction during the first 7 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Rush Orders:
Unfortunately, we don't offer rush orders as all our products are freshly handmade and made-to-order.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made within 3 hours of placing your order by emailing support@naturalglowrx.com or contacting us via live chat during regular business hours.
Returns:
Due to the handmade nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However, If your items arrive in damaged condition during transit or your items are defective please email proof pictures to support@naturalglowrx.com and we'll ship you the replacement(s) for free.
Merchantability & Misrepresentations:
Wholesale customer agrees that Natural Jewels makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of Natural Jewels products. Wholesale customer also agrees that Natural Jewels is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the wholesale customer or consumer, and indemnifies Natural Jewels for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.
The wholesale customer affirms that it will not conduct, commission, or be a party to animal testing nor allow animal testing to be performed by or for submission to regulatory agencies in order to distribute Natural Jewels products in foreign markets.
